Primary metric: Power Points — Top 8 teams make the playoffs, ranked by Power Points per game. Teams are seeded so districts play against each other as much as possible in Round 1. Opponent's repeat wins over the same school count only once. Ties broken by standard VHSL tiebreakers. Note that Bland County pursues an alternate postseason path and does not compete for a regional playoff seed.
