Privacy Policy

harpcrate is built around privacy. We don't run ads, we don't track you across the web, and we don't sell or rent personal information. Ever.

Public pages (homepage, standings, rankings)

No accounts are required to view anything on the public side. We use Plausible Analytics for aggregate, anonymous traffic counts. Plausible does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not record personal identifiers.

Staff and sponsor tools

Some of what we build — scheduling tools for VHSL and school staff, and a sponsorship system for local businesses — needs accounts and stores the work you do in them. We collect only what's required to operate the feature you signed up for: things like an email address, the schedules or rosters you create, and the sponsorships you set up. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

We use that data to provide the service to you. We do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we never sell it.

What we will never do

• Run advertising, here or anywhere else
• Track your behavior across other websites
• Sell or rent personal information
• Set tracking cookies on the public side
