Privacy Policy

harpcrate is built around privacy. Our name itself is tied to this (see Harpocrates for more). We don't allow tracking ads and we don't sell or rent personal information. Ever.

Public pages (homepage, standings, rankings)

No accounts are required to view anything on the public side. We use Plausible Analytics for aggregate, anonymous traffic counts. Plausible does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not record personal identifiers.

Staff tools

Scheduling tools for VHSL and school staff need accounts and stores the work you do in them. We collect only what's required to operate the feature you signed up for: things like an email address and the schedules or rosters you create.

We use that data to provide the service to you. We do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we never sell it.

What we will never do

• Use advertising cookies
• Track your behavior across other websites
• Sell or rent personal information
• Require logins or subscriptions to view rankings
