1. Public content

Anyone can view the public side (homepage, standings, rankings, regional information) without an account. We work hard to keep it accurate, but the data is provided as-is with no warranty of correctness or availability.

2. Staff and sponsor accounts

Some features require an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of what you enter. We may suspend or remove accounts used to misrepresent affiliations, scrape data, or harm the integrity of the system.

3. Your data

What you put into a staff tool or sponsor account belongs to you. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how we use it. We won't sell it, and we won't share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Independence from VHSL

harpcrate is independent. We work closely with VHSL staff and regional leads, but we are not VHSL, and nothing on this site is an official VHSL publication unless explicitly noted.

5. Our work

The site's design, code, copy, and data layouts are harpcrate's intellectual property and are protected by copyright. You may view and use the public site for personal use. Automated scraping, redistribution, framing, or building derivative products without written permission is not permitted.

6. No warranties

The site is provided "as is." We make no guarantees of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
